While looking high overhead in my back wood to check out a hawk's nest I saw a blurry figure in the shade of an oak's leafy top that was being tossed by the gusty breezes of this May afternoon - so I captured the top photo and then 'cropped' it for the bottom shot. It looked to me as if Mr. Squirrel was just up in the tree top for the breezy swaying ride as the tree top tossed from side to side.
Love this photo. Does look like he is hanging on for the ride! And on a rare nice day weatherwise. Thinking of you guys up there in NE.
