Crisped one side of the turkey sausage, and then added an egg

Second Morning with the wood fire alight in the entrance way. I decided to try cooking my breakfast of sausage and egg there upon.

First Wood Fire of the season - and what I love about my stove is that once up to about 600F, I can then divert the smoke through a catalytic combuster and actually burn the smoke itself - the photograph below was taken immediately after the preceding post and all that is coming out the chimney is heat waves of air.

Seems to be support piling set-up and maintaining piling at an angle

The town side of the bridge seems to have support piling nearing completion

- the work is moving apace

The blocked off approach to the old bridge into town (more of interest to local viewers than to those of you abroad - but this bridge has been under construction for years and seemingly no end in sight)
