 I am having difficulty identifying this little fellow - I do believe it is a plover (somewhat like Wilson's Plover) but I cannot match the bill colour (black) with the leg colour (yellow) and the full colour body and the black eyes.  If you are a better birder than I then please feel free to comment on the blog just what this lovely beach bird is.  Thank you.
