My niece plunged over this 14 - 15 foot (somewhat less than 5 meters) embankment when her lawn tractor accidentally went out of control and crashed through the retaining fence.. She survived with some fairly bad injuries but overall had amazingly good luck in that she did not suffer life-threatening injuries or even worse. There will be some long weeks of convalescence ahead though.
