The clear rivulet run-off from our spring is overwhelmed by the muddied run-off of the drenching rains today at Black Hill. Normally the small creek bed is dry or nearly so but when torrential rains fall over Black Hill and surrounding area great amounts of the water eventually reach this dry-bed and fills it to overflowing carrying a substantial amount of eroded clay.
