Single Malts - and other odd Musings

Rose Blanche Redux (2012)

A map showing the ferry route from North Sydney 'A', to Channel-Port Aux Basques  'B'.  We then traveled up the Western Peninsula through Corner Brook and Gros Morne National Park to the very tip - L'Ance aux Meadows famous early Viking settlement - but first we made a lovely side trip to the right to Rose Blanche. [I placed Rose Blanch on the map - which is approximately the location but somehow dropped an R in the ocean which I cannot remove)
Our ferry Atlantic Vision docked at Channel-Port Aux Basques when we arrived.  It was here we made our decision to take the side trip along the immediate coast to the right to Rose Blanche and the famous Lighthouse before retracing our route back to Port aux Basques and hence on up the Western Peninsula.  A good decision indeed.
