As a rank novice at mushroom identification I make a judgement call that this Amanita is the Yellow-orange Fly Agaric - Amanita muscaria, which, though gorgeous to look at, is rated as poisonous. It definitely is an Amanita which as a family group have caused 90% of known fatal mushroom poisonings. The Yellow-Orange Fly Agaric though rated poisonous is not deadly, but it does contain toxic compounds that cause disorientation, deep sleep and intense sweating. If you are among those who gather wild mushrooms to eat always steer clear of Amanitas.
