I find these growing wild all through the woods and have transplanted many to form nice hedge-rows along the walk, etc. These are a variety of Barberry - and my guess is 'Wilson' - that can be bought in nurseries for the same purpose. But why buy when they're sprouting everywhere (so called 'invasive'), eh?
