Red-Shouldered Hawk - Buteo lineatus

I am fairly certain that this is the Red-Shouldered Hawk rather than the Broad-winged because of the white bars in the tail are more than two - and also because the Broad-winged lives mainly on cold blooded animals and migrates to Central America in the fall.
