The honey bees were busily enjoying the spring-like day - warm @54 °F (12 °C) and sunny - flying about, gathering along the landing platform, cleaning out the dead bees from within the hive and giving Carol good vibes about the wintering integrity of her first brood. A great thumbs up for these lovely Italian Bees.
