I didn't do my usual Dark-eyed Junco - Junco hyemalis (which I feel fairly strongly that this is - what is commonly here in Maryland referred to as the "snowbird') because the head and throat etc seems more blue than slate coloured, and even though the junco is known for its' colour variation in different parts of the country this does seem a tad to 'different' in its' blue hued-ness.
