Local Bridge Walkway Finally Open

The bridge had opened to vehicular traffic a while back but pedestrians were risking their life to go from the town to get food or to homes on the other side of the railroad track (which sensibly had long ago had chain-link fences along the right-of-way through the town - although someone, more than likely one or more of the homeless, had opened with what only could have been a bolt-cutter - see next photograph posting)  But now as the photographs show the walkway is open and people are using it without worry
