Two Dark Heads

I have used 24x and did a little enhancing by 'cropping' but the young birds are still a little hazy- they do look 'dark headed' for sure for it they were mature birds the snowy white head and deeply yellow beak would be prominent.  This is definitely two young birds almost ready for flight.
