Single Malts - and other odd Musings

Canadian Pianist

The New Yorker  -  31 October 2016

Angela Hewitt

The doyenne of Canadian pianists, an elegant and knowing interpreter of Bach, gives two concerts of the Master’s music at the 92nd Street Y. The first is a smorgasbord that features the “Capriccio on the Departure of His Beloved Brother,” BWV 992, and a batch of inventions and sinfonias; the second offers the complete French Suites.
