About a week ago we saw the orange and red markings all the way up the lane and we wondered about the telephone company or/and the power company - then a few days ago we noticed the small trench holes (about 30 inch by 12 inch - i.e. 76 by 30 cm) here and there up the lane - but today they were being joined by underground tunnel holes carved out by the above apparatus run by compressed air.
