The Blog I have been posting since about 2013 did reasonably well for the first year or two growing quickly to about 150 to 250 hits a day from people mainly in the U.S. , Canada, and countries scattered through out the world. And I was fairly contented for such a low-key, G rated blog, mostly my own amateurish photographs along with an occasional article and again my own amateurish writing . The growth leveled off to the roughly 200 hits a day indicated above and stayed that way until perhaps 2018 I think when Google decided to do away with Google + which among other things brought more viewers to the blog than I had realized. Then out of the blue, some viewer complained to Facebook that my blog was evil or something and said Facebook suddenly would no longer accept my posting with the blog there and my viewers disappeared - dropped again - so that now there are 50 to 90 hits per day which is really discouraging. This could be, I know, that once you seen a few thousand photographs by the same guy that they begin to pale in terms of continuing interest but those few people that I personally know seem to be still checking them out .
I hope that 'you' the viewer clicking on this address out there still continue to check in - and if you do perhaps you could try to talk a friend or two spend a few minutes or so a day checking me out - it would be nice. Thanks in advance if you do, and thanks if you just read this and just come back tomorrow. Eh?

P.S. also pass on that for me to get around Facebook's arbitrary denial of my output, I slightly altered the blog name to

Ciamar a tha sibh? (How are you?) I I'm sorry about what happened, but I'm so glad I found your site through Twiitter! I look forward to viewing your photos especially of Cape Breton. Planning to go next summer. Maybe we'll see you there! Last time we were there, we rented a house in Little Harbor near L'Ardoise.
