Single Malts - and other odd Musings

Oaxaca - this caught my eye in Food Lion as my son is visiting Oaxaca, Mexico


couldn't wait to taste - put it on a toasted bagel and it was good, but good not great so I think I should have used less and made it a spread - like savoring single malt whisky, not  to big a sip and taking time to savor flavours before finishing
