Caterpiller In September

Up the hill behind the house in Grand River Falls I have a large shrub (I think it's Russian Olive - but will verify for certain later - turns out I could not identify this plant - please comment if you do know what it is) that has these lovely purple red berry-like fruits.  As I mowed the blueberry plants down for the fall I noticed this really lovely butterfly to be and ran to the house for the camera.  Luckily being a caterpillar he could not fly away just yet!
